The “Alley Of The Earth” EP was written 2001 in Philadelphia by Samantha “GhettoSongBird” Hollins. In 2002 it was recorded in Los Angles, CA with the guidance of her mentor, Blues Artist Rosa Lee Brooks (who wrote and recorded with Jimi Hendrix in the 60’s). She invited GhettoSongBird to share her stage in Los Angles. Four days turned into four months. Two shows turned into a recording session with her bandmate and good friend Kenny Terry. Two of Rosa’s amazingly talented guitar friends Billy Gray and Guy joined them in the studio. Her “Alley Of The Earth” EP was born with only five majestic sessions. It has been playing on radio shows worldwide ever since.
